Shipping FAQ

  • What shipping options do you offer?
    We offer two main domestic shipping tiers at checkout:

    • Standard Economy

    • Expedited Ground

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days.

    • Standard Economy typically takes 5–9 business days to arrive due to regional postal processing delays.

    • Expedited Ground typically arrives within 2–4 business days once shipped.

  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping is a flat rate based on the shipping tier you choose at checkout. You will see the final total before completing your order.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we only ship within the United States.


Returns & Exchanges FAQ

  • What is your return policy?
    We want you to love your purchase! But if any items were damaged in transit, we are happy to refund or replace them. We also accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Any sale of digital downloads, such as ebooks, are final.

  • How do I start a return?
    Please email us at returns@watersedgepoetry.com with your order number, and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Are returns free?
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • When will I get my refund?
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • I grew up in Michigan; that’s where my whole family is from. Water is a ubiquitous character there, with beaches and sand dunes always nearby.

    As a kid, I developed my sense of direction based on my nearness to the water. Grand Traverse Bay became my map and my true North. Memories of this place left a mark as unique as a fingerprint.

    The Great Lakes are part of my DNA, just as the larger Midwest is too. Wherever I go, it’s a part of me. It’s a part of my writing. That's why it felt like the perfect birthplace and home for my new business. And I invite you to step into this world and experience the beauty, solace, and vastness of the water’s edge for yourself.

    If we open up to outside submissions in the future, we will announce it in our newsletter, Freshwater Finds. If you’re not already a subscriber, please join us! You can sign up on our Home page.

  • Right here! Our online Store is the only place you can find our books and ebooks currently.

    But stay tuned…if we distribute to any local boutiques or bookstores, we’ll let you know in the Freshwater Finds newsletter.
